Are You Up For The Challenge?


We Had a Time 

We just finished our 7-Day Whole Food Plant-Based Challenge, and we had a time! We had a small group of nine people, and we pushed it for an entire week!


Weight Loss 

Six of our nine participants submitted before and after weights, and each of them lost weight. The average weight loss was 4.5 pounds, and the total weight loss for the group was 26.9 pounds. Our biggest loser lost 5.7 pounds.

  

Health Improvements 

During this challenge, the self-reported health improvements from our participants were increased energy, better sleep, loss of anxiety & depression, improved mental clarity, happier overall feelings, improvement in self-love, loss in inches/measurements, weight loss, less bloating, and positive change in blood sugar.

 

Press Forward 

Our participants had a lot of fun during our seven days. They were very motivated, engaged, and learned a lot. Whenever you go on a journey, it’s almost always better together when you’re running with the right people. This challenge placed people in the right community where they were encouraged to learn, to apply, and to press forward. 


Are You Up For The Challenge? 

Whenever you’re doing something to break from your normal, especially if it is going to be beneficial to you, you will be challenged. Making improvements to our health is often not easy, but worth it. The question is, are you up for the challenge?
