Our fitness app is a critical piece of our virtual coaching and helps to keep us all connected. Our fitness app holds HRM activity, BTS weight, nutrition, body measurements, progress pictures, leaderboard, newsfeed, and more.
Each week is a new week of competition for our clients, mainly facilitated by our leaderboard. Our leaderboard helps to keep us posted on who's leading. Our Leaderboard is connected through our Fitness App to your Heart Rate Monitor and monitors minutes of active exercise.
Heart Rate Monitors are standard equipment for our virtual fitness program. Our HRMs connect with our fitness app and monitors your active (moderate to intense exercise) and inactive (casual/resting) heart rate. Think of the Heart Rate Monitors as kind of like a Fit Bit.
Your active Heart Rate activity connects with our Fitness App Leaderboard, and also ties to our monthly challenges and cash prizes; allowing and encouraging you to exercise at your pace on your time, and to compete with your fellow clients in our program.
Our Bluetooth Scales are also standard equipment for our fitness program, and is a major piece of accountability. It connects with our fitness app as well and is also tied to our monthly challenges and cash prizes.
Join our live virtual group workouts weekday mornings at 5:30AM EST, our abs for lunch class weekdays at 12:00PM EST (for a limited time), and also on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings at 7:30PM EST.
Choose days and times that fit your schedule and hop right in. We have a library of recorded calls if you miss a live workout. Also, our leaderboard still tracks you fitness progress even if you never attend a class.
Our app newsfeed helps to keep you connected with your health and fitness community. Clients and staff post notes, selfies, and meal pics to encourage each other on our journey.
Transform and get fit with our Plant-Based Meal Plans.
Meal plans are given each week for three weeks of the month. Our fitness app also allows you to take pictures of your meals and automatically organizes them by date. Our meal plans offer several options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and more.
A plant-based diet is one of the best diets in the world with scientific research to back it. This diet and meal plan will help you to clean up and reset your diet, and will also help you to get and maintain a healthy weight.
Weekly group coaching calls are a key part of our WFPB Program and fitness package. On these calls you'll receive the education, accountability, supportive community and more to help you power forward to reach your goals.
Our group coaching calls are held every Tuesday evening at 7:00PM EST via zoom.
Each month a cash prize (gift card) will be given to our challenge winner(s). The amount of our cash prizes can differ from month to month, but will usually be from $50 to $100. The criteria for most of our prizes includes: minutes of active exercise from our leaderboard, weekly weigh-ins, and progress pictures. (Weigh-in numbers and progress pictures are only visible between you and your IEF coach(s).)
