Tortilla Prep Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mash bananas in a large bowl.
3. Add plant-based milk, maple syrup, and apple sauce and mix together.
4. Add spelt flour, baking powder, and cacao powder and mix well.
5. Add chopped walnuts.
6. Spoon filling into a nonstick muffin pan. Oil should not be needed if pan is nonstick.
7. Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
