Did you know that our bodies follow a natural rhythm called our Circadian Rhythm? Time Restricted Eating (TRE) is eating within that natural clock's rhythm. This week is all about learning how to eat within those windows.

About the Challenge

This is a virtual challenge and can be done anywhere you have internet access. 


Challenge Dates:

  • Orientation: 9/29/23
  • Week 1 - Self-Care: 10/1/23 - 10/6/23
  • Week 2 - Sleep: 10/8/23 - 10/13/23 
  • Week 3 - TRE (Time Restricted Eating): 10/15/23 - 10/20/23
  • Week 4 - WFPB (Whole Food Plant-Based): 10/22/23 - 10/27/23
  • Week 5 - Exercise: 10/29/23 - 11/3/23
  • Week 6 - Lifestyle: 11/5/23 - 11/10/23


Orientation Date/Time: Friday, September 29, 2023 @ 6:00pm EST

  • Meet and Greet
  • Curriculum: Includes video content, recipes, and other materials to be released over the course of the challenge.
  • Fitness App for Android or iPhone
  • Special Equipment (Cost: Approx $30 or less)


Check-in Group Coaching Calls: 

  • Sunday's @ 2:00pm EST
  • Tuesday's @ 6:00pm EST
  • Friday's @ 6:00pm EST


Closing Awards Ceremony: 

  • Friday, November 10, 2023 @ 6:30pm EST


Prizes:

  • There will be a prize for the winner of each week of our challenge, and a separate grand prize for the overall winner for all 6 weeks of our challenge. 
  • The Grand Prize for the combined 6 Weeks of our Wellness Challenge is a $160 Amazon Gift Card and will be announced on Friday, November 10, 2023 during our Closing Awards Ceremony.
