About Us

What Is Inspire Everyday Fitness?

Hi! My name is Bradley Thomas  and I'm the founder and owner of Inspire Everyday Fitness. Our mission is to help you to reach your goals through a healthy lifestyle choices  and plant-based nutrition. How do we do this you ask? We use a holistic health approach to inspire consistent action to help you to achieve your goals. We  want to help set you up for long term success, which requires a focus on health and fitness.

My Story!

When I was 20 years old,  I found myself with allergies, acid refulx, constipation, and other digestion problems all of a sudden. Something was very wrong, but neither I or my doctors knew exactly what it was. I was a student-athlete at that time, and I kept myself in good physical shape, but i focused very little on the food that I ate.  I also was doing a poor job with my stress management. That summer my world shifted and I needed to figure out what was going on. 


So what did I do? I started a series of lifestyle changes that helped me to get back on track. It's been 10+ years now, and all of the health issues that I listed above have gone away! A major influence in my life during this time was a very healthy family member who consistently shared with me healthy food alternatives.  Also, I focused on ways to reduce my stress levels. Though not over night, these things helped me to make a full recovery and to become healthier than ever before. 


Today, I am in some of the best shape of my life and I feel great!  I have found ways to really push the envelope as I wear multiple hats, and I want others to know what is possible when your health is improved. 

On a Mission!

The mission of IEF is to help, motivate, and empower as many people as possible to set high goals, and then to reach those goals through healthy lifestle choices and plant-based nutrition.


Using a "health coach" is a great place to start if you are serious about getting focused and pushing yourself to the next level. If you are not at that place we still want to do what we can to help motivate and inspire you to be healthy and fit, to dream big, and to reach your full potential however we can. 


Remember that your success helps and inspires all of those around you!  Inspire Everyday Fitness does not want to just inspire you. We also want you to inspire others!


So set your high goals, and then run after them! But for your longevity's sake, run after them in a healthy and fit way. Inspire Everyday Fitness will be here to  help to stay motivated and on track however we can!
