About Inspire Everyday Fitness

Meet Bradley Thomas, aka Coach B.T.

Bradley Thomas is a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NASF), a published cookbook author, a speaker and the owner of Inspire Everyday Fitness LLC.


Coach B.T. is passionate about helping people to reach high levels of health and is committed to helping make this world a better place through health and wellness.  

Inspire Everyday Fitness ~ Origin Story

Many people struggle to figure out what kind of business they would like to start. I was one of those people. For the longest time I just had no idea. Until I figured it out, I decided I would keep myself busy while I waited.


I am a Jackson State University accounting major and graduate, who has 10 years of corporate accounting experience. While working in corporate it was very important for me to give back to my local community. This was a principal instilled in me at an early age as I watched my family do the same thing. I have various volunteer experience from food pantry and homeless work, to youth basketball coaching, to church youth ministry work, running a college prep program and more.


I started a financial consulting business before starting Inspire Everyday Fitness but discovered very early that I lacked the desire and passion necessary to be successful in that space.


A pivotal point for me, in figuring out what business I wanted to start, happened when my life was going through a bit of turmoil. I took a sheet of paper and drew a line down the middle and wrote on one side things that give me life and on the other side things that don’t give me life. I was determined to do more of the things that gave me life and less of the things that did not give me life.

 

Inspire Everyday Fitness was birthed out of the things that gave me life! Fitness, speaking to the physical, nutritional, mental, and relational health needed to perform at a high level. Everyday speaking to the importance of sustainability and consistency required to operate at high level for a long period of time. Inspiration speaking to the importance of encouraging and inspiring others to take their health a higher level.

  • To help Inspire Everyday Fitness communities to be among the healthiest, most purposeful, and longest-lived peoples in the world.

Our mission is to help people live healthier lives through weight loss, exercise, disease prevention, disease reversal and disease management. 

 

Vision 

Our vision is to build multi-purpose campuses that are community staples that inspire healthy living through gardening, cooking, nutrition and general science education, aerobic and anaerobic training, community building, research and development and more.
