No problem. You’ll still receive the weekly focus, accountability check-ins, group coaching call recordings, and other requested materials as needed.
The program is open to all adults, but the coaching is especially tailored for women 30–60.
All participants receive a printed wellness journal and a program t-shirt.
VIP members also receive a Bluetooth scale and a custom Inspire Everyday Fitness water bottle.
Just basic home fitness items if you choose VIP workouts — otherwise, no equipment is required.
Expect 2–3 hours total: 1 live call, plus brief daily check-ins and simple weekly actions.
